Duane Conners

Duane Conners is the CEO and Co-Founder of wellconnected, a centralized social care data platform focused on supporting community-based organizations and non-hospital-based healthcare providers by bringing them today’s technology.

Duane Conners was born and raised in Western New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Financial Analysis from the University at Buffalo. Following graduation, he spent three years in wealth management and investment banking for State Street in Boston, MA. He and his family moved back to Western New York in 2007, where Duane provided monthly Board reporting for HSBC before joining Kaleida Health as a Corporate Budget and Finance Manager and eventually the Finance Director for Buffalo General Hospital and the Gates Vascular Institute.
